How recipients provide consent

1. A registered driver or administrator creates a 1Drive TMS account on the web signup form (or completes registration after an invite).
2. The user enters a valid mobile phone number.
3. The user is shown an unchecked SMS consent checkbox that is separate from acceptance of the Terms and Conditions / Privacy Policy.
4. The user must actively check the SMS consent checkbox to subscribe. Users who leave the box unchecked are not enrolled in SMS.
5. Consent is not required to purchase or use 1Drive TMS. Checking the SMS box is optional.
